SME for Energy Star, municipal building code and insurance/WC compliance as well as problem assessment and resolution, risk management. Direct sales of custom homes, managed event staging and open houses.

Director, Client Services: Wave Communications (National Distribution Systems) 1990-1999
Copywriter/typesetter, print production project manager, client services liaison, sales support, office management. Handled client and consumer complaints, payroll, light tax work for company, was responsible for all sales/presentation materials for direct marketing firm.

Copywriter: William J. Narup & Co. (Narup Group)  1990 – 1993
Created and edited copy at industrial advertising firm. Was sole copywriter, responsible for print ads, brochures, newsletters, presentation materials, technical spec sheets and press releases. Client industries included groundwater monitoring and remediation, heat shrink equipment, packaging and material handling, edgings, coatings and pumps.
